A whole-house outage is usually the utility — check whether the neighbors are dark and report it to Xcel. But when your house is the only one out, or half your circuits are dead while the rest work, the problem is on your side of the meter: a failed main breaker, a burned service lug, a failing panel, or a damaged service entrance. Partial power with lights browning up and down is especially serious — a lost neutral can destroy electronics and start fires. That's a same-day call every time. We diagnose at the source, make it safe first, and give you the real repair picture before we fix it.

Denver-metro weather earns its reputation: summer lightning, straight-line winds, heavy spring snow that loads branches over service drops, and winter storms that whip masts and rip weatherheads loose.
