These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of terry-electric.com (the "Site") and any booking, quote, or service request you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Terry Electric is a licensed, insured electrical contractor serving Lakewood and the Greater Denver metro, Colorado.
We provide residential and commercial electrical services — including panel upgrades, EV charging circuits, lighting, surge protection, wiring, generators, and related work. Colorado requires electrical work to be performed by licensed electricians and permitted/inspected as applicable; we hold the required licensing for the work we perform.
Our website chat assistant is an automated tool meant to answer general questions and help you start a booking — it is informational only, is not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed electrician, and should never be relied on for hands-on electrical safety guidance. If you have an active electrical hazard, stop using affected circuits and call us at (720) 340‑6364; if it's a life-safety emergency, call 911.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or submitting false contact information. All content on the Site (text, photos, design, and branding) belongs to Terry Electric or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Payment terms are agreed to directly with you at the time of quoting, typically due upon completion of the work unless otherwise arranged in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Terry Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site itself (as distinct from the electrical services we perform, which are separately covered by our standard workmanship warranty and applicable insurance). The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
